Founded in 2017 by Cedric 'C4' Hylton, GSO Music Group is an indie record label that embodies the passion and dedication of its visionary founder. Cedric started his journey as a manager for his long-time friend, but his aspirations soon led him to venture into creating a label that would nurture and uplift emerging artists.

Our headquarters are nestled in the vibrant landscape of Southwest Atlanta, just steps away from the West End community, where Hylton’s own roots took hold. It is from this very neighborhood that he draws inspiration, fueling his mission to provide a platform for artists with smaller fanbases, amplifying their presence, and propelling them towards success.
​With a deep commitment to empowering talent, Hylton invested his own resources to build GSO Music Group from the ground up. He assembled a dedicated staff, carefully selected three exceptional artists, and built a recording studio. Our label is founded on the principles of fostering creativity, artistic growth, and community engagement.
